Need help with below two topics:
1. Imagine that you’re working on your budget and you submit your numbers. When you get your budget back from accounting, it looks nothing like what you submitted. In fact, your expenses have been cut by 25%, and you now have a $450,000 corporate allocation in your budget. Is this wrong? What can you do about it?
2. Imagine that you are a manager with a budget. The month-end expense to budget report comes in, and you are over budget in outside services. What situations could have caused you to be over budget? What should you do? What should your manager do?
Need good points for both the topics. 8 to 10 lines in word document for each topic will work not more than that.
